Each day at Soul Focus we have scheduled a variety of programs that target different body parts. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout and proper time to let those muscles have optimal recovery time.

Intro To Pilates

Intro to Pilates is for first timers who are brand new at pilates or are still learning the basic movements to gain the confidence to join the other classes. It is not mandatory to do this class, but we highly recommend doing at least one Intro to Pilates class if you have never done reformer pilates before.

Full Body Flow

You will target everything from upper, mid and lower all in the one class. So if you like having a little bit of everything, this class is for you.

Lower Body & Abs

Targeting those particular areas we all love. Double and triple setting those muscle groups on both a combination of light and heavy springs that will make you feel a burn like never before.

Stability & Tone

A combination of light springs to challenge your stability and balance, but also a great way to tone and feel that deep burn in all the right places. This class is great if you are wanting something that you leaves you feeling aligned, toned, and lengthened.
